We request payment of spa packages at time of
booking in order to guarantee your service times. Once your
appointment is scheduled, we request 24 hours notice of cancellation
or change. Regrettably, we are not able to be in a position to
ignore missed appointments. Missed appointments will be charged as
if service was performed. All Spa gift certificates are good for 90
days from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are transferable
but are not refundable. Gift certificates may also be purchased by
telephone and mailed out to you or your recipient. Prices are
subject to change without notice.
